08/14/2025 - NY2 Datacenter Maintenance

Date: Thursday, November 14, 2024

Time: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST

Estimated Downtime: Up to 3 hours


We will be relocating a small equipment cabinet within our New York datacenter. Approximately 15 servers, including one Ryzen VPS node, may experience brief downtime during this window.


If your server is offline during the maintenance, please do not open a ticket. We will post an update once work is complete—only contact support if issues persist afterward.


To check in advance if your services will be affected, please open a ticket. Impact is limited to a very small number of customers.
