Nodestop LLC – Terms of Service

Effective Date: [August, 26th 2025]

Welcome to Nodestop LLC (“Nodestop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nodestop’s hosting and related services. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nodestop’s services, including but not limited to Virtual Private Server (VPS) Hosting, Bare Metal Hosting, and Colocation (collectively, the “Services”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Locations

We are proud to offer hosting services across multiple global locations. Current data center availability includes:

  • Secaucus, New Jersey

  • Ashburn, Virginia

  • Ogden, Utah

  • Frankfurt, Germany

3. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cryptocurrency (via Cryptomus Payments)

  • PayPal

  • Credit/Debit Cards (via Stripe)

By purchasing our Services, you authorize Nodestop to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees. Payments may be processed up to 7 days before the due date to prevent service interruption.

Important: All cryptocurrency transactions are strictly non-refundable—no exceptions.

4. Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise specified, all services automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed. They may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service is not deployed within 72 hours of payment (unless the product specifies a longer deployment time).

  • An unresolvable issue caused by Nodestop prevents proper service usage.

If approved, refunds may be issued as Nodestop Store Credit, which never expires and can be used toward future purchases.

Cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable.

6. Cancellations

  • Standard services: You must submit a cancellation request via support ticket at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.

  • Late requests will apply to the following cycle.

  • Large IP allocations (200+ IPs): Require 21 days’ notice before cancellation. Failure to comply may result in continued billing and suspension of other active services.

By purchasing such allocations, you agree to these stricter cancellation terms.

7. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree to use our Services legally and responsibly. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Fraud, scams, or unauthorized access

  • Hosting malware, phishing content, or conducting DDoS attacks

  • Violating intellectual property rights

Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your service without refund.

8. Data Security & Responsibility

While we take security seriously, we do not guarantee absolute protection against all threats. Customers are responsible for their own backups, system security, and additional safeguards.

9. Service Availability & Liability

Nodestop is not liable for:

  • Downtime or disruptions caused by external providers, cyberattacks, or other factors beyond our control

  • Indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via:

  • Notices on our website

  • Direct email notifications

Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
