Nodestop LLC – Fair Use Policy (Bandwidth)

This Fair Use Policy (“FUP”) governs the use of bandwidth across all Nodestop LLC (“Nodestop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

Nodestop provides unmetered bandwidth on all services to ensure flexibility and value for our customers.

“Unmetered” means we do not set a fixed data transfer limit; however, usage must remain reasonable, responsible, and consistent with normal operations.

Bandwidth consumption is monitored to protect overall network stability and to ensure fair access for all customers.
2. Prohibited or Unfair Usage
The following practices are considered unfair or abusive and may result in intervention by Nodestop:

Constant or sustained high-bandwidth usage that places disproportionate strain on our network.

Activities that degrade service quality for other customers (e.g., excessive streaming, file distribution, or DDoS-related traffic).
3. Case-by-Case Review

Nodestop reserves the right to review any account’s bandwidth usage on a case-by-case basis.

Customers may be contacted if their usage patterns appear excessive, abnormal, or potentially harmful to the network.

In some cases, Nodestop may suggest migration to a higher-capacity service plan or apply additional fees if usage consistently exceeds fair use expectations.
4. Suspension & Enforcement

Nodestop reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate services if bandwidth usage is deemed abusive or in violation of this Policy.

No specific bandwidth threshold guarantees unrestricted usage; Nodestop retains sole discretion to determine what constitutes fair or unfair use.

Customers will generally receive notice before action is taken, unless the usage poses an immediate risk to network stability or security.
